Buddy List is Your Friends List. You can make forum users/members as your Friend called Buddies. Its just like the friendship system. We hope you will make your friends with a good faith.
To make a Buddy List, follow these simple steps:
Go to Your UserCP:
Click on Buddy/Ignore List:

Enter Usernames of your friends:

Press "Add to Buddies" button.
Your Buddies / Friends will be shown just beneath the Box above:

To see your Buddies / Friends. Click on the Link, "Open Buddy List":
